Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Sendline is a tool for sending messages to recipients who have given you prior express consent. You are solely responsible for the content you send and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements.

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Send messages to recipients who have not opted in, or who have opted out.
• Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent content, or content prohibited by carriers (e.g., illegal substances, hate speech, or unauthorized financial offers).
• Omit required opt-out instructions (such as replying STOP) or sender identification.
• Violate quiet-hours rules or send during restricted times.
• Attempt to circumvent message volume limits, filtering, or security controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these rules or that generate excessive carrier complaints.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Message overages are billed at the rate stated on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of the contacts, messages, and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary to send the messages you create.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and providers that are outside our control. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendline will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
