How do credits work?
A standard SMS up to 160 characters costs 1 credit. An MMS — or any message 160 characters or longer — costs 3 credits. Incoming messages don't count against your credits. You'll always see your remaining credits in the dashboard.
What happens if I go over my included credits?
Overages are billed at the per-credit rate listed on your plan. You can also upgrade any time to get a larger monthly credit bucket at a lower effective rate.
Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do I need to register my phone number?
To send SMS in the US, carriers require campaign registration (10DLC for local numbers or toll-free verification). We'll guide you through this during onboarding.
Are phone numbers included?
Yes. Every plan includes one or more toll-free numbers. Local numbers are available for $5/month each plus a one-time $25 carrier setup fee.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can sign up and explore the platform without a credit card. When you're ready to send, you'll choose a plan.
